Although the exact contents of each box are a surprise, they can include consumable items such as spa products and candles, items specifically for the mom-to-be or mom to celebrate and feel special, commemorative items, wearable items to show off mom status, and stylish momssentials.

While there is no option to choose themes, we will personalize your subscription and automatically send you boxes that match your current needs.

You can start your Tum To Mom subscription box at any time during your pregnancy or after your baby's arrival. Our boxes are customized to match your current stage of pregnancy or your baby's age and development, ensuring that you receive products that cater to your particular needs. If you are in the initial stages of your pregnancy, we suggest subscribing early to receive boxes throughout your journey.

Typically you'll receive a tracking number in just 2 business days (US/Canada only).
For USA orders, boxes ship from our NY, USA location.
For Canada orders, boxes ship from our ON, Canada location, so there are no duties.

USA shipping is from our US warehouse by USPS with Tracking and is $7.99 USD to most states. Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii are tracked as well and are $14.99 USD.
Please note that we do not ship to the following: Armed Forces Pacific, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and Armed Forces Europe.

Canadian shipping is from our Canadian warehouse by Canada Post and is $7.99 USD to any province.

We do include spa items for moms, which may cause irritation or allergies in individuals with pre-existing sensitivities. It is recommended to test all spa items before use and consult your doctor if unsure.

If you need to take a break from your subscription, we offer a one month pause option without the need to cancel altogether. Additionally, we're happy to help move your payment date to a more suitable time.

You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time at least 48 hours before your next payment. Subscriptions that redeem a first-box discount or free-gift promotion may be subject to a minimum-box commitment, as disclosed at plan selection. If the subscription is cancelled before this commitment is fulfilled, a $29 early-cancellation fee will apply.

Please note that if you cancel your subscription after your payment has already been processed, we won't be able to issue a refund as your box has already been sent for processing. To cancel or for any other concerns, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service Team, and we'll be glad to assist you.

If you receive a box with a missing, broken, or defective item, or if the size you received is not what you specified, we'll be happy to send you a replacement free of charge.

All you need to do is contact our 24/7 Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving your box and provide photos of any broken items. We'll work with you to resolve any issues and ensure that you're completely satisfied with your Tum To Mom Box experience.

Absolutely! We carefully select each product to ensure that it meets our high standards of safety, functionality, and style. The value of the contents in each box is typically greater than the cost of the subscription, so you can rest assured that you're getting your money's worth. Please note that you may alter your shipping address for your next package up to 48 hours before the subsequent payment date. If you require to change your shipping address after the payment date has elapsed, kindly wait until you have obtained the tracking number and request a change of address from the shipping carrier.

Please note that amending your Billing Address will not automatically update your Shipping Address.

Please be aware that we are unable to contact USPS/Canada Post on your behalf, as only the addressee can initiate a shipping address modification.

If you have subscribed to any of our plans, your subscription will not renew automatically once you have received all the boxes included in your plan.

Payments happen to depend on delivery frequency.

For monthly plans, if you subscribed on January 5th, the next payment will be on February 5th will be towards your 2nd box.

For Bi-Monthly (1 box every 2 months), payments are processed every 2 months on the same day of the month.

Our system will automatically retry for up to 30 days to process the payment in case it is declined. We will not ship your box until payment is successful.

We are not responsible for any charges from banks or credit card companies that may result due to failed payment attempts or overdraft fees.

Subscriptions can only be cancelled by contacting our 24/7 customer support team and requesting your unique cancellation link. The Customer Support team is not able to cancel subscriptions for you. If you do not use the link to cancel the subscription after we sent it to you, your subscription will remain active and you will continue to be charged.

Cancellation requests need to be made at least 48hrs before your next billing. If you have already been billed for the next box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle and we can not issue a refund as your box is immediately sent for processing.

If your tracking information hasn't been updated in over 20 days (30 days for international shipments), we will re-send your box for free. If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, here are some steps you can take:

• Contact your local post office to see if they are holding your box or if there was a delivery issue.
• Check with other members of your household or neighbours in case someone else received the package.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered in the tracking information. We also cannot call USPS/CanadaPost on your behalf, so the recipient will need to initiate a search or schedule re-delivery themselves.

If you receive a missing, damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team. We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you receive a box with a missing, broken, defective, or wrongly-sized item, we offer a free replacement. Contact our 24/7 Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving your box and provide us with photos of the broken or defective item. If we no longer have the exact same item you received, we'll offer you another item of the same or greater value.
